Stopped by O'Reillys to get my check engine light read and the code says idle air control RPMs are higher than expected. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Was told it could be a sensor...but which one and where? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- womencantdrive

A/C compressor fit?
I have a 2007 Ram 1500 ST V-6 with a dead A/C compressor. I've heard of parts from other Chrysler vehicles bolting on directly to rams before. Might be a dumb question but Will a jeep A/C compressor be a direct fit for my truck? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- womencantdrive

A/C Compressor dead?
So I've had this problem for about a solid 3-4 months and wanted to see if any other 2007 Ram Owners have had this issue. At around 65k miles, almost 6-7 yrs ago. I had to have the condenser, fan and orifice tubes replaced along with recharging the truck with R-134. Worked like a charm until A/C...- womencantdrive

UPDATE: So a day after I got the code... It mysteriously went away. Idk what happened but it hasn't come back. Maybe just a misread by the ECM? It's idling right around 1500 RPM.- womencantdrive

4.7 misfire on #2/#8
Are you using copper or iridium plugs? I had a problem with #3 in mine, I had swapped to iridium when I had problems with mine. Even bought the higher end ngk plugs. After replacement, had same misfire. So I went back to buy the OEM copper replacements, smooth sailing after that. Idk if that was...- womencantdrive

1.5 inch hub centric spacers installed.
Is there a particular reason why the spacers are 1.5" or is that just personal preference? The reason I ask is because I'm gonna do a 4" CST lift on my 07 regular cab and I wanna know if I'll need spacers after the lift is installed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- womencantdrive
