4.7 Engine overheating at high speeds
I have the same problem when climbing hills for a long time. It is always at highway speed while under load. Idling and around town driving is no problem. I plan to replace the radiator with a 2-row for the 5.7 and see if it helps along with replacing the thermostat and possibly the water pump.- aquinas

I searched the site and looked around trying to figure out what type of six speed manual transmission is in the 05 ram 1500 4.7 4x4. Is it the NV5600?
