Newer technology brings newer problems to solve.
Just because there isn't an apparent solution to you or others, doesn't mean one isn't already known or in the works.
This is very easy to do.
You can also adjust your throttle response while you're in there if you're feeling extra spicy. Much better than those pedal commanders
I have an HP Tuner I used on my '17 RAM with 6 credits left over. I'm looking it sell it as I sold my RAM last year.
MPVI 2+
You won't find HP Tuners on eBay as it's a restricted item in the US due to "emissions" b.s.
I sold my '17 RAM 3 months ago. I've been 2 months into a Rivian R1T (absolutely loving it btw).
I don't take long trips, but I'd like to in the future (more camping/road trips). So if the charging infra hasn't improved in the next 2 years, I may hop back on the RAM train. This Ramcharger is...
I personally enjoyed the tuning of the pedal response via HP Tuners. Obviously, that's overkill just for throttle tuning, I had other reasons (mods) that warranted getting HP Tuners.
Kobalt fan here. From the lawn gear to their tools. I'm impressed and it gets the job done — good warranties and plenty of power for those that don't work with their hands for a living.
I work with my fingers ;)
I love the install! I was wishing to do the same to my '17 RAM, but I sold her last week. I miss her already, haha.
I'm getting a Rivian on Thursday to fill that void in my heart. I'm going to miss doing oil changes.
After about 2 years I finally got around to installing the dipstick on my ARH LT build.
Wasn't too bad. Here's how I arranged it so the curvature naturally gave it some space off the header.
I bent the OEM dipstick to work, but it kept popping outta place even with the metal zip ties I...
I attempted some google-fu to no avail.
I haven't actually tried it yet, but I don't see any options in the Kenwood DMX1057 or the Maestro RR2 about retaining the center console CD player.
Other than that, been very happy with the upgrade. Getting ready to sell my 8.4 UConnect Radio (just...
Which one did you buy and where from? I've grown tired of using zip lock bags + screwdriver method to drain the oil from the filter before spinning it off.
I upgraded my brake lines, front & rears, to stainless steel braided. That made a world of difference!

Kobalt lineup. Between the 20v/40v. For home improvement projects, car repair/tuneups/upgrades, and lawncare. It's been great.
From 40V chainsaws to dual 20v battery mower (effective 40V) to all my power tools. I earn money with my keyboard. 3/5 year warranties on the batteries and tools. Can't...
I didn't test my battery under load. So noted for the next time. But yeah during the install of my new HU, the battery quickly drained and I couldn't get the trucker to even turn over. Had to pop the cover to manually release the truck into neutral so I can get it aligned with the wife's AMG for...
I have it all installed. I need to fix the GPS connection. I had a 50/50 shot of getting the right one, but apple carplay via wireless barked at me for the GPS not working.
The URAM kit works for Car Play. It's not a solid connection for Android Auto but I'll try again with a different USB...
Old thread I know, but my RAM1-KIT for my iDatalink has a MAC1 orange connector coming out of the T harness that plugs right into the truck's harness. But I cannot find any information on adapters for this harness. My RR2 does have anything for it nor does the RAM1-KIT. Appears to pin from 29,30
