    I know this is an old post but that yellowish color is from the fuel treatment you put in. Also if your truck is stock it will run better on 87 octane than 92. 89 octane preferred 87 acceptable. Research "octane rating".

    New Tire Diameter / Old tire diameter * old gear ratio = new gear ratio 37 / 31 * 3.42 = 4.08 If this was a diesel I would say 4.10 If this was a Hemi I would go with 4.88
