    Thanks, I liked it also. I'll go with a 2nd gen again but most likely a quad cab next time around. Back seat is nice to have with 2 kids. I have 2 other trucks I can put them in but of course they want to ride in the lifted truck lol. Guess i'm doin something right.

    Welding anything to the chassis is not the best idea. Nothing wrong with bolting the mounts back on.

    Already have an AAL so I don't really want to add another one. Not interested in a shackle flip. Replacing the shackle with a shorter shackle is simple and effective.

    Agreed and I know. Saves you on the included shipping also if you sell just the pulley due to the box being lighter. Just throwing it out there.

    I use a gun to take them off just to make the job faster but I always use a lug wrench to put them back on. Torque sticks are the only way to go if you use a gun to put the lug nuts back on.

    You have a POS gun then lol my 1/2" gun is good for 600+ ft lbs. If I was to use that on lugs and hammer down, I would snap the studs. A gun on lugs is like using an oil filter wrench to tighten your oil filter. Overkill and never a good idea.

    Using a gun on lugs is a bad idea. #1 you're making them WAY to tight, #2 good luck getting them off by hand when you get a flat going down the road.

    Right however paying shipping on a heavy balancer for a 5.9 that they cant use on a 5.2 makes it pointless. Pulley is $40 brand new and comes with the alternator Pulley also.

    They go well over 200K, if you're that worried, rip it apart and freshen it up before installing it.

    Run 91 if that's what you have. You cant run 115, you'll cook your cat, plugs, o2 sensors, valves, bad news

    You would be better off separating them. Pulley is universal for the 5.2-5.9 for many vehicles in a big year range. The balancer is 5.9 specific, cant be used on the 5.2

    Mud grapplers do look great, they are a great off road tire. IMO, nothing beats the look of the boggers though.
