    Lifter adjustment ?

    Back in the day... Pull valve cover,start engine,find loose lifter,tighten till rattle stops,another 1/4 turn,new gasket,on the road... Still apply ?

    98 1500 5.9 auto

    Spits n hiss s randomly at slower speeds,,,,55-60...feels jus like a chain n sprocket with a tooth missin.feels jus a lil like some loss of power but I haven't pushed it. No engine light ??? Tranny ??? A sensor ??? Gave her a general tune up...plugs looked good.

    that ac vacuum issue

    we all have this problem. I've seen threads on it here. you know when your fan motor shuts down when you accelerate. its that vacuum issue,,,As I understand it ? OK...so what can we do to FIX IT ? theres gotta be somethin ?

    Brakes went out completely

    suspension "your opinion" ?

    replacing bushings in the rear leaf springs ? if you've done it before...you know what a "fun" job it is. cuttin out the oem bolts,etc,etc buy the "bushing tool" and do it myself ? or jus have a shop do it also got some new bilsteins to put on at the same time not sure if the u bolts...
