Did this mod today in my '13 Express, it went well. For me the hardest part was getting the filter in without collapsing it like an accordion. It would slide in about half way and get hung up. I found I needed to file down some nubs that were protruding down from the top of the filter housing...
Did this upgrade today on my '13 Express. You do need patience lining the door up but other than that it was a piece of cake. The plug for the light was exposed and I didn't need the USB. It really finishes off the interior.
