OK, this is what I have... 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie (originally came with quad lights) OEM 2013 Black Projector Headlights RetroShop 2013 HID kit with 50w ballast RetropShop 2013 Projector adapter Everything was purschased 07/16/2013 and was installed later that week with no problems...- XR1
