    IIRC all 2500 axles are Dana 60s. You should be able to tell what it is, most of them have labels on the axle somewhere that should tell you everything you'd ever want to know. BTW, dunno if this is useful to you but I found a swap thread here...

    I doubt you'll break any U joints, upping the line pressure and doing the sure cure kit will definitely hop things up without tearing anything up. Keep the springs in the accumulators, they'll keep things from being too hard. End goal with this stuff is getting the fastest shifts possible...

    If it squeals, then the blower motor is going bad. It'll probably last a long time before it finally gives out I'm sure, but your other problem sounds like a blend door issue. I think you should consider replacing both.

    Didn't do anything except drive mine to school today, but I got a new phone (LG G3) with a functioning camera so hopefully I'll be able to take some short videos on occasion.
