    looking at purchasing new 2500 6.4

    I had the same tundra and similar trailer setup. I ended up ordering a ram 2500 6.4 with 3.73. I tow through the Adirondacks the 3.73 gets it done but I probably would go 410 if did again. I got a ton of small options on tradesman crew for 37 otd. So far if been happy stop and go kills...

    Finally got to tow with mine. Towed approx 8k travel trailer through Adirondacks and with 3.73's it did fine although I'd probably prefer the 4.10

    You can do it the truck won't be happy and as others have said payload is weakest link. Have wife and kids take 2nd vehicle if your on edge. This is exactly why I traded my perfectly good tundra for a 2500. Could do it but on highway some point were alittle scary

    It's is special edition flip model. My phone loads everything upside down on forums. And thanks other than a few small complaints I love it. And surprisingly fits in parking garage with 2 inches to spare!
