Yes just take the drive shaft off at the rear end and leave the front in the tranny so you don't lose any fluid and you can set the pinion angle last so the drive shaft won't be in the way
The ebay one listed is junk tried 2 and only got 162a. and 167a on the test bench. JS ultimate alts has some 240a for a reasonable price. when it comes to alts you get what you pay for.
I got the same tire about 12k on them now.. no complaints so far. What tire pressure are you running? I run 42 in the front and 40 in the rear , IMO they do great on rocks and sand but mud they don't clean out too good but better than most of the Firestone AT offerings.

Timing mark jumping because the exhaust valve is not opening like it needs to so exhaust gas is coming out of the intake valve as it starts to open. Broke rocker will do the same thing. Pull the valve cover and inspect
