    peel and seal has no purpose of being inside an automobile at all. the smell under the heat and it has almost no noise suppression properties at all. It's kinda like a sugar pill that will make you sick all the time you think its helping you.

    You're welcome. This even applies to a 2 way active. I never eq until I get all my crossover points and slopes in line. I actually run my mids up to 1.8 and my tweets pick up at 3.2. The slope on both crossover points will fill in the gap. I only eq out a spike or dip outside of the passband...

    How are the crossovers set on the amp? You can have twice the rated power on tap and still not blow a sub. I have 150 watts on tap for my tweeters and they're not blown.

    The Sundown Subs are a really good value. I have used several and I was very happy with them. here's another sub to consider. TC Sounds Epic 10" DVC Subwoofer I would best describe TC subs as sq on steroids.

    Sundown is a great example. Jacob is a true audio guy. Sundown amps are made in build houses but Jacob knows exactly what he wants when he has them built. They aren't pre-built run of the mill build house amps with his brand name thrown on the outside. I would own a sundown amp in a heartbeat...

    2011 ram 10 mpg average?

    I have basically the same truck with the 6 speed and I only get 10.5-11 in the city. No mods at all. I think I drive it like an old man most of the time and the mileage is horrible.
