So my 99 1500 4wd has had a transfer case problem for a while, and finally got it fixed. I knew it was cracked from a visual inspection but didn't know the extent of the damage. 2nd Gen wheels on a 3rd Gen?
Need to pick your brains before just trying it. Will a set of factory 16" alloys (16X7) fit on a 3rd gen? I'm unsure and just would love some clarification before trying it. Finally got under the new Ram I bought, 99 1500 5.2 4X4, and found some stuff I was unsure about. The first picture is where the rear driveshaft leaves the transfer case, looks like its been shifting in and out. Possibly shaft movement from bad pinion bearing?
