    Air Bag opinions needed

That is true - but he was asking about the compressor. The compressor will not allow you to go below 5psi.

    Air Bag opinions needed

So, my Airlift 5000 Ultimates, Daystar cradles and the Airlift WirelessOne came in today. Hopefully I will get around to installing them this weekend!

    Air Bag opinions needed

According to Airlift, the minimum pressure is 5PSI.

How did you attach the Daystar cradles? Did you drill and tap?

Pulling a camper in a Power Wagon, how big?

Also, make sure you get a WHD that is rated above the load weight you will be towing. Mine is a 1200lb WHD.

Pulling a camper in a Power Wagon, how big?

I have the EAZ-LIFT Recurve R6. It took me a while to set up correctly (lots of testing/adjusting/testing/adjusting), and I have the tilt almost all the way down on the ball, but it is almost level. I think I actually need a little bit longer drop shank. With just a little more drop I think I...

Pulling a camper in a Power Wagon, how big?

If you are going to tow a lot, stick with 35's. If you go to 37's, you are going to loose a lot of torque for towing - unless you regear the backend. If you are doing mostly off road, then 37's are the way to go. Here is my stock 2020 (stock tires, stock suspension, no bags) pulling a 40' TT...

Suspension suggestions needed to help with towing

Thanks for this! I currently have EAZ-LIFT R6 WHD. I have it pretty well dialed in and my intention was now that it is dialed in to supplement with bags. I know I should change to E rated tires, but it is just so hard for me to justify right off the bat when I only have 2K on the stock tires.

You should get your WHD set up as best possible before you inflate the bags though. Just the physics of what a WHD does makes you (and everyone else on the road) safer. It does more than level the truck - it shifts the load so that more of the load weight is over the trailer axels and over the...

    Aux Switch Panel Placement

That makes sense. Did you happen to document what was done for the wiring harness?

    Aux Switch Panel Placement

You will also need this, the other part is just the wiring. That being said, if we could fund just the right switch panel, and we could find the pinout for the plug on the back, someone should be able to make a plugin harness that would go inline with the existing wiring and then run out to...

    Aux Switch Panel Placement

I don't think that instrument panel will work. It is the one with Diesel Exhaust on it. They make a different panel for each configuration that you have. You will need to find the one that has your installed options (ParkSense Front, ParkSense Rear, Tow/Haul, etc)

    Aux Switch Panel Placement

If you used an aftermarket PDC (relay/fuse panel), why did you need to turn anything on using alfaodb? Also, what is the part number for this module. I have been trying to find it for a while.

    2020 squealing at startup

Now that you mention it, mine pulls a little to the right. It is not a hard pull, but it is there. I had written it off to the aggressive tread on roads that are sloped to shed water. I only have 2,000 miles on mine so far - I was going to wait just a bit more before I did the first oil change...

    2020 squealing at startup

Good points. The build date was May 2020 and I don't think it had even been test driven when I got it this month (August). I will try the belt dressing first.

    2020 squealing at startup

My new 2020 PW has about 2K miles on it. Every since day one when I start it cold there is a squeal coming from somewhere that almost sounds like a belt - but I don't think it is. It goes away after the engine starts to warm up. Has anyone else experienced this?

And I appreciate that. That is what I am looking for. Other/more options. The more I learn, the better decisions I make the first time ;) (well... that is supposed to be how it works...)

I see that now. Thank you! How would these differ from the airbags - or are they completely different, like a much larger bump-stop with some give? Would they limit articulation?

Wouldn't the Timbrens be for leaf springs? And wouldn't the Airlift Airbags be about the same as the Sumosprings? How are these different?

Suspension suggestions needed to help with towing

So, I have been doing a lot of research and a lot of reading. I am looking to stiffen up ride just a little while I am towing (reducing the very slight wiggle/bounce), without sacrificing the articulation. This is a 2020 PW - stock. I have a 40' TT that has a 8,840# dry weight that I will be...
