Arrington, Magnuson 6lb kit on 6.4L

Cummins Fun at the dealer (gear ratios)
So I'm getting my oil changed, walking around, looking at 3/4 ton trucks. I get into conversation with salesman... long story short. Reasons NOT to buy a 6spd Manual Cummins?
Ive been thinking that a 6spd cummins with 6-8in lift would be a blast to drive.. any reasons not to do this?
