Gas pouring out from underneath engine
So all of a sudden I notice a big pool of gas and an active drip coming from underneath my truck. It looks like it's coming from in between the engine and tranny, under the air cleaner was covered in gas a pooled in all the crevices.. Need help, 84 318 Failed Emissions due to timing
So this has got to be the most frustrating smog situation ive ever dealt with. I originally fail because timing off (26 when it supposed to be 16) and NO PPM was off. I get timing fixed, i see on the gun its at 16, so I go to a different smog shop and the timing is still coming up as off but all...- bruin27

Still leaking after repairs
So I just had my valve cover gaskets and tranny pan gaskets repaired but I'm still leaking, very minimal drip compared to what it was before I got the repairs. See picture attached, still wet but not sure what else is needed just from the visual. What does it look like to you guys? Sorry I'm not...- bruin27

Is removing lean burn smog legal in california?
Trying to get some more info regarding removing my lean burn system on my 84 w150. I want to switch to electronic ignition as long as I will still be able to pass smog.. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.- bruin27

Cutting out Cat and replacing with straight pipe
Wanted to get some opinions on doing this to my truck, the spin tech muffler sounds good but I'd rather just remove the cat completely and bolt back on once smog time comes around. Intake for my 84 W150
I'm a newbie with this truck, always liked the looks so I picked one up. It looks like its already set up for some kind of cold air intake as there's supposed to be a duct from the intake housing to a vent in the front.
