Will do, I think either one is a big upgrade from the 3.55s. I'll ask around about the 4.56s like you said too. It's down the road as far as pulling the trigger on it, i'm currently in the process of new wheels and re-doing the exhaust. Just trying to stay ahead of myself as far as planning.
I've been thinking of a list of upgrades for my truck and what i'm stuck on right now is the rear end. I have a 2012 express with 3.55 gears and i'd like to put 4.10s in the rear end. I was thinking of doing it myself but I know that with the pinion it's best to have a press. I've also never...
The only problem is where are you going to fit that foot long cat? Where do the LTs dump after they've been installed? Seems like you wouldn't have much room...
Well you've got me switched from Flowmaster!
I'm going to have my exhaust re-done and I will definitely be using these Carvens! I probably will do an X-pipe instead of the Y, though, and have the resos deleted.
Anyway, sounds great!
Very true.
I posted a thread a few weeks ago about the 5 and 6 speed 45rfes. As far as them failing; I found out that it's mostly about how you drive. It's best to not do any WOT out of overdrive, and don't hold WOT into 4th. It's just how the trans was built that it has these weaknesses.

I know the tuning would be an issue, but if the dealer is installing...?
I'm assuming that the scat pack should go on every challenger with the 5.7, and the 8 speed auto challenger has MDS like our trucks...so that's what has me thinking.
Dodge / Mopar Scat Packages 2 & 3 Performance Kits. Go from the streets to the track!
So mopar finally released the scat pack for the challeners, chargers, and darts.
My questions are:
Would the cam fit and produce power in our 5.7s?
Would the heads be beneficial?
Would a dealer...
Trust me I know it will cost, that doesn't scare me. What does scare me is me putting all my money and work into making it fast and having the trans break on me.
Firstly I just registered here so I am a newbie! Anyway to my question.
I've read some on how the stock trans for my truck (645rfe) can only handle up to 400ish whp. This has me thinking I should upgrade/rebuild it as I plan on adding a supercharger.
So far I don't have much other than...
