Geez, yea. it certainly does seem like an essential mod for anyone who actually likes to take good care of their vehicle... me being one of those people. Youd think Ram would address this from the factory though with some type of solution.. I don't think I will be buying one for this truck...
So are the guys that are not running a catch can in any kind of trouble? My 10 ram i bought has 78k on it, and as far as i know has never had a catch-can on it..
I have done an exhaust on about every single truck I have ever owned.. The truck i have now, I am actually leaving it stock for once lol, maybe im growing up?? haha I think the Hemi sounds pretty good stock. I like that it comes with 3'' stock - in my case. I am going to be welding on a nice...
I'm trying to find a black exhaust tip, preferably a twin tip design for my stock exhaust. I believe it is 3''. I have credit on amazon but I cant find what will fit. Can anyone help?:3681700201_eef6d1e2
bought a Trinity t1000 i found used.. i like it a lot. Truck feels real good with it. Also, i just contacted diablo 5 minutes ago asking for guidance on how to further tune my truck with the cold air intake i have, i got a reply back within minutes from someone.. and with some good advice too...
in my opinion.. its worth buying the tuner. I hated MDS in my truck, it was very annoying to me. Got a tuner, feels like a totally different truck now. power is all there.. no stumbling, no hesitation, no hiccups, no bull, just pure hemi powwaa
mine was unlocked, and I asked the guy i bought it from, had to take his word for it, i also updated the software on the tuner via computer which was not an easy task! but i got it updated eventually, about 3 hours later!
Bought a used Diablo Trinity, no hemifever on it -although i have heard of it and it sounds great. I turned off MDS, increased my throttle response a bit, and am running the 87 Performance tune. Feels good..
Thank you for the reply, yea its pretty noticeable and annoying with this open intake, but i hate to have to go back to stock because of it, a tuner and mds delete may be in my future as I am stuck with the truck for awhile:(
