Assuming all of your suspension parts are in good shape, it's most likely cupping from lack of rotation. Occasionally wheels that are out of balance wear like this but not normally. Have you had the vibration for the entire 14k miles or since you noticed the tire was worn unevenly?
My previous vehicle I went with HIDs and loved them. It had projector style headlights so I felt like it was worth it. On my truck with quads I don't feel like it's worth the investment to go with HIDs over LEDs as the output of the light isn't really controlled. IDK. Just my $.02. Anything...
