mopar combustion chamber cleaner..Anyone used it?Do they still make/sell it?

(insert evil sounding music) THE DEATH FLASH!Why dont I have it?
Sorry for the dramatic title..My 99 quad-cab 4x4 with 5.9 has no sticker or residue,indicating a dealer flash etc on the ECM/computer.Shouldn't the truck have had it done at some point?The truck has 130k miles on it now....Im not sure im complaing..Just curious as to anyone's input on the matter- ohio mossy oak

Will deleting my cat converter cause my CEL to come on?Massive loss of low end?
