Steering wheel "clunk"

Oversized Spare
Looking for ideas for carrying my spare 37" wheel with me. Any ideas on making it fit under the bed, or if someone was able to built/find a rack to sit it over the bed behind the back glass at an angle? Just don't want it looking pokey or out of place. But I need to mount it somewhere.
