2000 to 2016

UConnect 5.0
I've had my 2016 for ten days and this issue has happened twice now. Once on the day I took delivery and again yesterday. The touch buttons and turning knob for Sirius decided to stop working. I called Sirius, they blamed Ram, said it could be a wiring issue. Anyone else have the same issue?- alorac79
