    Totally agree, got rid of my 2011 Outback and now we have a Ford Edge with the giant screen and all the stuff that's buried in that screen to use it. Don't know what I was thinking..... Their logic with these touchscreen is baffling, it's ok to have to use the touchscreen to change HVAC...

    Bad experience with independent auto shop

    I wish I could have gotten the tool, but I didn't. Felt good a tech there got a free tool. When I picked it up the service advisor that told me about it on the phone was gone for the day, the one I talked to didn't know anything about it. I am fine with it, I just wanted the whole thing behind me.
