Most often caused by broken bolts. Extract any broken bolts and reinstall the manifold with new gaskets and studs for both sides.

Yes. Assuming you have the 8.4AN Alpine system:
3 – 3.5 speakers in the dash
2 – 6x9 speakers in the front doors
2 – 2.5 speakers in the headliner
2 – 6x9 speakers in the rear doors
1 – 8" subwoofer under the rear seat
I've already put Infinity Reference REF-3022cfx in my dash speakers, highly recommended. Still missing a subwoofer upgrade. I was considering the Kicker SRAMCQ09 but it's expensive and you loose the fold-flat flooring. This OEM subwoofer replacement mod seems like a much better option.
I've...
Got the side steps on. Put the HEMI badge back on. Front windows tinted to 45%.
I'm thinking around winter time I might give the side steps a line-x coating as well.

2017-06: 45% Window Tint, Front Driver/Passenger
2017-06: Reattached Hemi badges
Check your upper control arms. Lift the front end of the truck and try to see if you have any play in the front wheels by wiggling them with your hand.
Could also be uneven tire wear. Check your PSI and use chalk to lower/increase them to a correct level.
Got the side steps on. Put the HEMI badge back on. Front windows tinted to 45%. Had to take the front mud flaps on due to rubbing. Considering adding kickbacks to fix the the rubbing issue but meh might just leave the front without.

She's now starting to look like a BEAST. Finally got the rims, hood protector and mud flaps on there. Had the dealership install the cabin air filter for me. Why they don't include one is stupid in my opinion. Anytime I hit a FSR I used to get a nice dust coating on the inside of the truck. Much...
First things first. The stock halogen lights are terrible... they've gotta go. The difference is well worth the small investment if you do any night driving at all. Not to mention it looks way more modern looking. Was worried about heat issues in the housing with HIDs. Decided to try the LED...
Hello all,
I wanted to create a thread to help document my build. This forum has helped inspire some ideas for my own build, so hopefully this can help you as well.
This is my first truck. Before the truck I had driven cars exclusively. Before this I had a 2004 BMW 325Ci. I don't think I...
So far the 8.4 uconnect has been the biggest problem with my truck. If it's under warranty get the dealership to look at it. I've had mine replaced once already.
It's laggy/slow, freezes, and sometimes doesn't even turn on. I've had an issue where if I hit a bump or go on a forest service road...
Umm. Why not do this stuff yourself? I mean you dont have to install parts yourself if you dont want to. Any truck outfitter or even dealership will do all that and more.
-44 is a super aggressive offset, are you sure you want that? It's a truck...
I have 33" tires on fuel throttle 20x10 -12 offset rims with a 2" leveling kit. No spacers. No rub. Pic below:
Here's mine. Bushwacker pocket style fender flares with Line-X. No drilling required. You can paint match or do matte black in all bushwacker styles I believe.
If you have a tune set and your taking it to the dealership for service for work under warranty you'll probably want to reset to stock tune. Be aware that with the newer vehicles they can see still if the PCM/ECM has been flashed which can be a warning flag to them.
Using a DiabloSport T1000 Trinity tuner you can toggle MDS on/off permanently. Otherwise you have to go into manual mode, then set to the max gear (6 or 8). Alternatively MDS is also disabled when overdrive/tow-haul mode is enabled.
