Manifold bolt cost
Most often caused by broken bolts. Extract any broken bolts and reinstall the manifold with new gaskets and studs for both sides. Part 5045496AA - Gasket Right Part 5045495AA - Gasket Left Part 6509544AA - Studs- Eased

Yes. Assuming you have the 8.4AN Alpine system: 3 – 3.5 speakers in the dash 2 – 6x9 speakers in the front doors 2 – 2.5 speakers in the headliner 2 – 6x9 speakers in the rear doors 1 – 8" subwoofer under the rear seat- Eased

I've already put Infinity Reference REF-3022cfx in my dash speakers, highly recommended. Still missing a subwoofer upgrade. I was considering the Kicker SRAMCQ09 but it's expensive and you loose the fold-flat flooring. This OEM subwoofer replacement mod seems like a much better option. I've...- Eased

Got the side steps on. Put the HEMI badge back on. Front windows tinted to 45%. I'm thinking around winter time I might give the side steps a line-x coating as well. 2017-05: RPB RX-3 Side Steps 2017-06: 45% Window Tint, Front Driver/Passenger 2017-06: Reattached Hemi badges- Eased

More control? any ideas
Check your upper control arms. Lift the front end of the truck and try to see if you have any play in the front wheels by wiggling them with your hand. Could also be uneven tire wear. Check your PSI and use chalk to lower/increase them to a correct level. -

8.4 stock screen freezes at times (2014 Big Horn 1500)
So far the 8.4 uconnect has been the biggest problem with my truck. If it's under warranty get the dealership to look at it. I've had mine replaced once already. It's laggy/slow, freezes, and sometimes doesn't even turn on. I've had an issue where if I hit a bump or go on a forest service road...- Eased

33x12.5x20 -44 offset
-44 is a super aggressive offset, are you sure you want that? It's a truck... I have 33" tires on fuel throttle 20x10 -12 offset rims with a 2" leveling kit. No spacers. No rub. Pic below: -

Fender flares
Here's mine. Bushwacker pocket style fender flares with Line-X. No drilling required. You can paint match or do matte black in all bushwacker styles I believe. -

Lt's and stock tune for service....?
If you have a tune set and your taking it to the dealership for service for work under warranty you'll probably want to reset to stock tune. Be aware that with the newer vehicles they can see still if the PCM/ECM has been flashed which can be a warning flag to them.- Eased

MDS on a '16 Sport
Using a DiabloSport T1000 Trinity tuner you can toggle MDS on/off permanently. Otherwise you have to go into manual mode, then set to the max gear (6 or 8). Alternatively MDS is also disabled when overdrive/tow-haul mode is enabled.- Eased
