4th gen bumper on 3rd gen?

Need help Keeps flickering
Ok so I've been thru 3 sets of led light for my hi/low beams ...when my truck is off they don't flicker but when I turn it on they start to flicker and then one starts to turn off and on ...nd I've been looking at all the fuses nd nun of them are burned but I really can't find the headlight fuse...- 1BadRam08

I have a little problem with my predator..I was close to finally putting my tune but it didn't let me bcuz I needed a interface power plug nd mine didn't come with one ,it only came with the one for the computer nd of course the one toward to truck but I need the other cable..so is there another...- 1BadRam08
