I just go with the H9s. You won't a lot of marketing around them, I can only find very basic bulbs at my auto part stores. Its a very easy mod, you just clip a little tab off at the bulb housing. I use little gate cutters I get from work. Its a vast improvement over the stock bulbs, and I...
I'm averaging 22-23 MPG mixed driving in my V6. The ED gets more but it can cost more to maintain and the fuel costs more, about 30 cents a gallon more in my neck of the woods.
You won't be dissapointed. Ive had mine there for about a year and its been great. Bought one for my wifes van and it sits on the dash above the head unit and sticks fine, and it has a pebbles finish which is harder to stick to. I keep my GPS mounted next to the A pillar and the phone mounted...
Mine goes between my otterbox and the case, you can't even see the magnet. Mine is mounted where you see the circle in the pic attached. I borrowed SOCALs pic to keep from going outside.

I use this and mount just to the left of bezel on the plastic trim. Suction cup holds securely and its just the right size to mount there...
Basically this. My kids are in all car seats which take up the whole back seat. Sometimes their uncle comes into town and instead of taking two cars we can all squeeze in the truck. Especially, if I don't want to fool with bringing the Grand Caravans middle passenger seat back up from its...
I used them on the last brake job on my wifes grand caravan. Stops smooth with very little dust. I will probably go that route on my Rams next brake job which should be soon since I am also getting a vibration.
The V6s come with 3.21 and 3.55 ratios. The 3.55 is better if you tow or may tow in the future since it almost doubles the tow rating. The 35's will make a difference in MPG, but if you truly drive like an old man you probably wont really notice a difference. I love my V6 and most V6 owners...
I have a Quad Cab 3.6 in SLT trim. Does everything I need a truck to do and gets great gas mileage as well. If you don't plan on towing then the 3.6 is a great option. The back seat is cramped but I have little ones so they dont mind, and we have a minivan for people moving duties.
Listening to your story you are in no shape to be financing a truck. These trucks can handle the miles as long as they are taken care of, I drive a minimum of 750 miles a week in mine; probably closer to 900. If the horses are causing to much of a burden then it might be time to sell some...
The tooling changes to make this truck had to be astounding. Also, tooling and engineering changes never stop in the automotive world, I live it everyday. Early adopters will have issues, there is no way around it. Thats simply the price you pay to have the latest and greatest.
