Adding Wifi and UConnect internet options

Hi Guys I'm located in the Middle east Our Dodge cars don't have the Wifi option and we also don't have the apps menu I'd like to see my Waze Navigation from my phone on my car's display i also use Deezer as an audio service. what would be my best option?- Cuanh
