09 ram just installed Bilstein 5100's at 2.8" along with a whole new front end including intermediate and cv axles. Been driving with it leveled for 2 weeks now and saw my driver side carquest remanufactured cv axle is already ripped. Looking for opinions on best cv axles for the price. I know...
I have a single ported 12" fox box with a Crescendo Forte powered by a Skar 1000 Watt class D. Most guys that get in my truck are surprised its only a single 12" and that it fits under the seat.
I wish it was that simple. No water under the hood as far as I've known also pulled and cleaned all my grounds and checked all the harnesses under the dash for bare wires.
2009 Ram 1500, been having erratic electrical issues lately. While driving the gauge cluster, headlights, and radio will turn off then back on. The wipers will then turn on by themselves at this point until the issue goes away. It can happen once or a few times in a row then nothing for the rest...
Have a shop do a free diagnostic check to see if it's a wheel speed sensor. Those 3 lights were what I had and happened to just be a bad speed sensor in the wheel hub.
Recently my 2009 Ram 1500 has started to have an issue where the gauge cluster will shut off then fully reset along with my wipers turning on then off and the radio resetting. From reading around I believe the TIPM is fully going out but would appreciate some knowledge before dropping a few...
As the title says, I have a 2009 Sport 1500 4x4 that has a slight level on the stock shocks. I was replacing the driver side wheel hub and noticed the cv axle boot was torn. So I thought why not kill 2 birds with one stone.
The only problem was once I tried to remove the original driver side cv...
The only difference I could see on the interface was the actual speed. As far as the alpine system was concerned the tweeters did not seem as tin sounding as the 4th gen and the mids did not become muddy. The bass was such a large improvement it sounded like there was a 12" sub in the cabin now
To me the 8.4 felt crisper and faster then compared to my parents current Grand Cherokee UConnect. For some reason the 12" felt too large for easy use. The layout of the switches felt somewhat more centralized to myself. The other thing is both the stock sound system in the Rebel and the...
I sat in the 2019 rebel at the Chicago Autoshow and I loved the feel of the new cabin, the leather feels a step above from the current Rebel, also the integration of the 8.4" screen with the switches underneath felt better than the larger 12" screen in my opinion.
Last week just installed the Pioneer Nex 2300 in my 09 sport and couldn't be happier. The bluetooth connectivity is really fast and the eq settings are awesome.
First off, the truck is an 09 sport with the auto hvac controls.
A few weeks ago the selector started to get stuck on defrost and sometimes floor. To be honest it really has a mind of its own. I bought a new Dorman blend door actuator installed it and the symptoms continued. Just this weekend...
