Hey I ordered some 04 non-mds lifters and they came with holes in them not where the mds holes are located lil lower I was wondering if this is ok- Ski5.7

How to tune my 268 cam
I'm am planning on putting a 268 cam in my 04 5.7 non-mds hemi. I was wondering how do i I tune it or do I need to tune it ,can anybody help me?
