Anyone’s Goodyear’s cracking/wearing ?
I believe there is a class action suit against dodge eco deseals, not sure if this fits it. Also my 96 did the same thing but I believe I caused it from running them on low pressure —-pre tire sensor—- take them to Goodyear and let the manager inspect them.- Roncrawford67

At the end of my rope...
Try looking at the steering shaft. Mine was loose and took it to a couple places to get my alignment and front end fixed and nobody looked at it. I grabbed it and shook it and the flex joint was super loose. Replaced it and not it drives better than new- Roncrawford67

Saw my Trans Temp soar to 274* today!
Hate to say it but it is a Dodge transmission. I have a 96 that was replaced right after the warrenty ended. Again two years later and then again another 2 yrs after that. I had the tow package and owned since new and never towed anything.- Roncrawford67

Rebuild Transmission or Trade in?
My 96 used to stall out occasionally and I found it was an electronic valve. I can’t rememebr exactly what it was called but google the problem. It was about a $35 part and easy to replace. When I took the old one out it had a huge chunk of something on it. Haven’t had an issue since. I don’t...- Roncrawford67

Muffler that won’t drone?
I put a Gibson Cat back on my 96 and loved it. It lasted a good 15 years till the seam rusted out but that was my fault for installing it facing up. The sound and power was great. Ok so if anyone is wondering if a 4th gen jump seat will fit in a 2nd gen the answer is HELL YES. It was an easy easy easy swap in my 96 Ram 1500 exended can. Used the original ‘96 mounts.
