    I haven't found the problem yet. What I do know so far is that theirs no cracked head, new fan clutch, water pumps pumping, belts tiggt, I have heat, and it only heats up if I'm sitting longer than 15 min in non moving traffic. If I do I will update you guys.

    Thanks for the feedback. I've bled the system in the past many times, but never this issue. All of my hoses were hot. The radiator at one point was colder up top and hot at the bottom. While driving with the new fan, the car runs cooler. But if I sit in traffic about 10 min. The temp goes up...
