NGK/NTK is the most widely used O2 sensors used on Ram trucks as that is what came from the factory. However, I have found that SOME trucks prefer the Bosch O2 sensors instead. Dunno why some trucks are picky, but that's how it is. I'd say to get NTK and see what happens, I think your truck will run just fine on those.
