04 factory Nav. question, please help.

Just bought an 04 1500 4x4. The truck has the factory Infinity system with the built in navigation. It has 2 disc, both say 2003. Anyway, were can i get an updated 2013 nav disc for this unit? Everything I see and looked for only shows up to 07 for this unit. Thank for any help.

Sometimes the newer discs are floating around on ebay as well

Checked ebay, can't tell if what's on there will work with my unit. most of them say 08-13 year models. I don't want an upgrade that is an 07, still being 7 years old, what good is that? Looking to upgrade my 04 unit to a 2013 unit. Thanks
