2018 Ram 1500 brake controller witing

I have a 2018 Ram 1500, I am trying to hook up aftermarket trailer brake controller so I find the wires under dash and evidently previous owner cut the plug off, who knows why.

Been trying to find the wiring diagram for the 4 wires also no power on any of them so what fuse is it.

Not much online help available on wiring diagram.
