I tried 303 "Touchless Sealant," a new product to me. I followed directions and only applied a light missing while the vehicle was still wet, in sections, and immediately rinsed off. When done I flew down the highway at 70 mph to blow off residual. BUT, it left stubborn streaks and spots. Had to scrub the windshield and this morning polished the wheels, grill and front bumper. What a mess! :emotions122:

Four years old this month, my 2019 3500 Laramie dually. I have only 21K miles on it.

Hydr02 is the same way. You have to mix that stuff just right. Shake the crap out of it constantly and make sure you spray it off and spray the other panels as it travels with the water beads. It does work nicely "Hydr02" but its a pain. I can do you a write up if you would like. Also I would blow it off with a leaf blower or if you have something like a metrovac.

That'd be great, Treb. I'll keep the instructions in my glove box. I do have a blower.

Meguiar's spray will streak as well. Aerolon (sponge on) and Mckees 37 Hyrdro Blue Pro minimal if any. If you sponge the Meguiar's after the spray process must less apt to streak. I know this negates the ease of use. The 303 and Sonax reviews seem to be hit or miss (I have not used these 2). I have used the 3 I mentioned extensively, as well as the TW Hybrid Ceramic (a lot more work to apply). If you apply the TW over the top of the sprays I've seen streaking as well. The Aerolon, Meguiar's, and McKees all seem to play well together FYI.

Ok so sorry for not getting back to this sooner. Lots of stuff going on here. Ok so getting back to using a product like that. So Carpo Hydr02 is a lot like this. It can be diluted. It says 1:6, but it will streak with that ratio. I prefer 1:8 or 1:10 for the best results. So with that being said, Shaking it constantly is key as well as when you are spraying it off, make sure lets say you do the hood, make sure you are spraying that, a long with the doors, fenders, bumper, grill, etc before going on. Make sure before you start drying to spray it again really good around the entire vehicle. I personally dont really care for the spray as you wash sealants. I just picked up a second car drier on amazon to test vs my https://metrovac.com/products/air-force-master-blaster

This is what I am trying as it was reasonable. Ill know more once this rain ends next week and I can wash a vehicle. It has as much force as the master blaster on one motor and its a lot cheaper.

I personally like using Undrdog QD as a hydrophobic protectant. I know I say it all the time, but if you want something legit and reasonable, then this company is where its at.

This is their coatings at work. The wifes Jeep has been coated 18 months and the Flex is 2 months. Jeep has the Pro coating and the Flex has Pro+ on it. It is the most cost effective long term protection. I am not paid to push anything, I only offer my professional advice. Ive worked with the top tier Coatings and Products, and I believe in that stuff. I do my own real world testing. Hence why I show my personal vehicles. I hope it helps. If you have any other question please feel free to reach out to me! I love helping!
