Recently pulled my transmission and replaced my rear seal. While I had it out I upgraded to a 3 disk TC. While I had it out I changed all the fluid, governor solenoid, and filter. Now it will not shift down into first. The only way it will shift to first is if I put it in reverse then drop it down to first. Once on the highway(50-60mph) if I give it more than about 30% throttle it tries to down shift but never does.

Got a scanner on it. Even after changing the solenoid and transducer a second time my actual pressure is 35.5-36 psi. Target pressure is reading zero. I’m at a loss on what direction to go to next. Any ideas?
