4WD low, axle lock, and neutral lights all on

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel with 65k on it. This morning when I remote started the truck and came out, all 3 of these lights were on. I turned off the truck and restarted, still on. If I click them, it will shift into low and will lock axle but then when I disengage them, light stays on. Dash shows none of them being on, just these indicator lights are on. Any ideas?
