I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. Recently, the ac started blowing mainly from the floor vents but occasionally would blow through the air vents as it should. We took the dash apart to try to find the problem and found the servo coupling was broken. We bought the replacement part from the dealership and put it in. When we started the pickup to see if that fixed it, the vacuum engaged and pulled the door to the bottom and now the ac only blows through the defroster.

Any ideas on ways I can rig this up to blow from the vents only? Headed out of state next weekend and strapped for time and money.

I will replace the door ensemble asap, just need it fixed for the trip for now.
Appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks!

It's most likely check valves or cracked vacuum lines in the engine bay. Check out the term wild vents for more info. Look around the passenger side of the intake for said valves, lines.
