Hey Gyus - Does anyone know if the AC compressor and clutch is the same for all 2003 - 2007 4.7 - 5.7 gas engines?

Here's what I've done so far:

I've got a 2006 ram1500 - 4.7L v8.

Last fall, my a/c started not working all the time.
Not sure what was happening, but it was intermittent.
I smelled electrical smoke at one point and then it never worked again.
I finally got around to trying to fix it.
It was not locked up so I checked the compressor clutch. It was pretty worn so I replaced it.
New clutch is in.
It cycles on and off when the ac switch is turned on. So it appears to be engaging and disengaging correctly.
The R134a was a little low so I added some to the low pressure port. It looks like the pressure is at about 50 psi.
I checked the condenser fan and it is working also.

Does anyone know which direction I can look in to verify what may be the problem?
Thank in advance-

If the compressor is running and it's not producing cold air, most likely there is a problem with the refrigerant charge. Not enough or too much can cause the system to not cool.
Best way to charge the system is to weigh in the exact amount required.
