Bil Springs and non adjustable shocks

Just acquired a 2019 2500 Laramie with the offroad package. Looks like it has Bilstein B8 5100 all around and Bil springs e4-fd1-y488b00 on the fronts.

Are these factory? Because the ride is pretty harsh compared to my 1500 superlfit setup that had adjustable bils on it.

Currently on 20s, and I will be dropping down to 18s which will help the ride. But im thinking about changing up the springs and shocks. Wasn't sure if these were factory or not.

Truck looks leveled and lifted because of it.

Thoughts?

No that is not factory. That is a bilstein leveling kit. I would think that it would ride a bit better than factory...of course, which is nowhere near as nice as a 1500 truck.
