If I put adjustable Bilsteins on my 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 do I need to replace the UCAs?

Not unless you do a lot of serious off-roading and set them at2.8" then it's recommended, otherwise no. I have mine set at 2.8" for almost 2 years now and haven't had any problems.
