97 ram with 5.2. Turn on key and fuel pump running constant until cel and gen light comes on. At this point the cruise control green light on steering wheel is on. Truck no start. After 30 to 60 seconds cel and gen lights come on for self test and cruise light goes off. Fuel pump now stops and Truck now starts. New fuel pump and it seems to be worse. Cold this morning and no start at all. Fuel pump running constant. I have gas at fuel rail but waiting on pressure gauge kit.
