Do Coil Spacers Provide The Advertised Lift?

Just a simple question. Would something like a 1" coil spacer actually provide precisely 1" of lift?

Trying to get a 'split level' done on my truck. Drop shackle rear+lift spacer front. Just need to know if I should expect these to lift less than advertised.

As far as I can tell its a toss up. I had a 3/4 poly rear spacer installed and it raised it 1/2 inch.

I installed 1.5" steel TGC spacers to my rear coils and I got 1& 5/8" lift ...

Already did my split level. The 2" drop shackles and 1" lift spacers combined gave me the ride height I wanted. So it seems these Daystars are accurately advertised.
