Wanting to get some different door panels for my ram and found some 2013 door panels on Facebook market place that are in good condition and for a decent price. Do the 2013 crew cab outer door panels fit a 2017 crew cab?

Yes but the door switches are different electrically. You'll need to use the switches from the '17. I believe the electronics '16 and newer are all the same.
The door panels from '13 and newer should all be interchangeable.

The part in your picture is called a Door Panel or Door Card

I have done a bit of reading on Ram doors & some Manufacturing info.

The First Generation 4 Ram 1500 was the 2009
The First Generation 4 Ram 2500, 3500, etc was a year later in 2010

From 2009 - 2012 Ram 1500 & from 2010 Ram Heavy Duty to 2013, i will call the first series of Gen 4
They all had a new Electrical System, called HIGH SPEED CAN BUS, they still use this High Speed System today.
( i may be way off in thinking, but to me,
Low CanBus was used in older electrical systems, to see if some part was working correctly, you needed hand held electrical tools.

Where High Speed CanBus, the brain sends out a signal & asks a electrical Module if everything is OK & That Module sends back a Thumbs Up Signal & that information is stored in the Brain, then you can look Instrument Panel for a quick check of your system.
For a deeper look at the system, you can plug a scan tool into the OBD Port .)

In 2013 to at least 2017 Ram 1500s, the Heavy Duty Ram were again a year later, There was changes to things like the Whole Coolant System, those vehicles now used OAT Coolant, other things like the Ignition & FOBs & the RF Hub were modified.

Also the Steering System was changed from Hydraulic to Electric

Sheet metal, like in doors did not change hardly at all, but the electrical components, module & switch may have changed to a different Part #

sorry for the long explanation
