I have a 2019 Ram 2500 6.7l 6cyl with 51,000 miles. A couple days ago it wouldn’t start but the lights worked, door chime, etc. I pulled the starter and Oreillys confirmed it was bad. Installed it but the truck still wouldn’t start. Pulled the battery’s and found out they were both bad. Replaced both batteries and then it started. Then I noticed some loss in power on acceleration like it was not getting enough fuel or something. Tightened up the battery connections to make sure I didn’t have a loose connection which seems to have fixed the loss of power issue however the engine light is still on and it is prompting a P0402. Can anyone help.
