I've owned it since September and finally got around to getting it clean and smelling good. I try twice a year to really detail my vehicles thoroughly.. def gonna need another round of love as I'm short on time these days.
Just used 2 products this time around, after a shopvac and soft nylon brushdown. Only snagged rear sear pics with the new PetSafe, quilted seat cover. I think it looks nice in there. Also took a closer look at the worn down driver's floor mat. I plan to get husky or weathertech liners at some point, as I'm not huge on the longhorn carpet attached to the rubber (debris under).
But unfortunately the prior owner really did a number with their boot heel (or spurs?? lol). Any suggestions on repairing the carpet? can I use a heat gun to melt some fabric in there kinda like poly string ends? I'll slap some duct tape on the floor mat for now.
Can't wait to do a 2 stage on the exterior in the spring. Lots of swirls and scratches to work out to show off that Black Forest Green.
