Fog light question (brackets)

I have a 2017 1500 tradesman. I purchased the bumper with the cutouts for fog lamps which I plan on purchasing some aftermarket leds. My question is, do I need the factory fog light brackets in order to install aftermarket ones? I have searched everywhere for this info and can’t find anything on this. I mostly just find info about adding the wiring.

Ask the light manufacturer. Most of the foglights I have encountered were designed to fit the factory brackets....But I remember seeing some that werent.

I bought new led drl fog lights and bracket was already attached. Just took out oem ones, think 3 bolts, plugged them in, ran wire to a add a fuse, was easy.
