Hello all. I bet that this has been posted before and I can't be the only lucky son of a b@#$ch that had this problem.
I did a fresh spark plug change, followed all necessary rules and tips. Went to start the engine. It would turn over but no start...started freaking out and checked everything over a few times.
Found the answer and hope this will help anyone who runs into the same problem.
The answer was the wiring harness to the PCM. The left hookup red pull down tab was broken. I must have broke it trying to maneuver around engine bay, while getting at the sparkplugs.
Needless to say, I manually hook the connector up by pushing it all the way in and by using a small screwdriver, I forced the green and blue side tabs up. It started right up with no MIL's. Now at first I received a whole gambit of codes. But reseated the connector and all is fantastic.
I hope this help anyone who runs into the same problem.

Cheers all.
