Depends on what you're trying to do with it? Pretty sure there's guys running 37's who haven't bothered to re-gear at all, but they aren't towing or anything. Depending on what your current gearset is, you might even be able to get away with 4.10's.

Yes, caught that with the first post. You haven't really increased your rotating mass (weight) that much. If you aren't pulling or hauling something decently heavy (camper, big flatbed, can't imagine you would be with those size tires), then you probably don't need to regear.

I'd do 4.88s. that should be pretty similar to 3.92s and stock tires. I'd definitely re-gear. The driving experience will be much better.
