Grinding noise in rear

Hi I have a 2020 longhorn with 45,000mikes when in reverse I hear a grinding noise while turning the wheel on the right side it doesn’t happen all the time but it’s loud..had at dealership several times they can’t figure it out

What did the dealership check out ?

Did they jack up the rear axle & put it in gear ?
Did they drain the rear end & look & listen ?

or are they waiting for the Warranty to expire & then all of a sudden find the problem

Can you/they duplicate the noise when they are present? In other words, can they hear it?
